IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • IS THE CATERING CUSTOMIZABLE?
    Yes. Our on-site catering expert will customize menus to fit the style and guest expectation of your event. Whether it be ordering menu items for pickup, custom party platters or one of our many preset packages, maybe even adding on appetizers or desserts for the pre/post party. We've Got You Covered.
  • HOW MANY SERVERS COME WITH FULL SERVICE CATERING?
    The total staff and number of service lines is dependent on the style and size of the event. We provide approximately two servers per 100 guest. Additional staff may also be brought in to handle dessert and beverage stations.
  • WHAT KIND OF PAPERWARE IS INCLUDED?
    With any of our packages that include paperware we provide all serving utensils (spoons and tongs), eating utensil packs (with fork, knife, spoon, napkin and salt/pepper packets), as well as plates.
  • HOW MUCH TIME MUST I PROVIDE TO BOOK A CATERING?
    Preferably two weeks notice but we'll do our best if you call the day before and we've been known to move mountains to make it happen even if its the day of your event.
  • HOW DO I CONFIRM AN ORDER?
    Full payment is required to confirm your event. A 10% - 50% deposit may also be taken to reserve your event date and time.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
    The cancellation and reschedule policy can be found at the bottom of your signed contract. For most events if cancellation occurs 31 days or more ahead of the planned date, a full refund of the deposit minus the initial 10% will be given. If cancellation occurs within 11 to 30 days of the event, 50% of the deposit minus the initial 10% will be refunded. If cancellation notice is given less than 11 days before the event, no refund of deposit will be given.
  • WHEN DO I FINALIZE MY GUEST COUNT?
    About 10 days out, we will want to finalize the guest count and you can adjust the balance at that time if needed. We will still have wiggle room for last minute increases the week leading up to the event, but this will allow out team to forecast food ordering and staff scheduling.
  • WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE IF I DON'T PAY 100% UP FRONT?
    The quoted final cost, minus the deposit, must be paid within 5 buisness days of the event.
